Didn't get to train very much this week due to a trip to Houston.
Monday
Squats - 365 x 3 reps x 2 sets; 425 x 2 x 5
Bench - 355 x 3 reps x 2 sets; 405 x 2 x 5
NOTES: I pushed the hamstring pretty good on the squats tonight, so I think I am going to be okay.
